I had a scheduled appointment for a back seat lever When I arrived I was told they would need to keep my car for 2 days since diagnostics were so backed up No loaner car available I complained it was unfair I arrived I was told they would need to keep my car for 2 days since diagnostics were so backed up No loaner car available I complained it was unfair to not alert me of the backlog and to have me rescheduled when the diagnostic time was available I waited 90 minutes until I found a manager to complain to about it Then they looked at the seat and realized the cord was the issue and the part is no longer available They put the seat in upright position for me which I appreciated But they were just going to let me sit there all day Or have to find transportation for 2 days For something so simple More
