Although , with the economy being where it is today , and our credit not the best , these guys took great care of us! Paying attention to detail, empathizing with our situation , seeing clearly what we were looking for they went over and beyond to get us approved! My husband and I cannot see buying another vehicle in the future from anyone other than these guys! What a flawless experience!!! I purchased a truck from this dealership, and communication was good up until the sale was completed. After that, it went silent. They strongly encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty, bu communication was good up until the sale was completed. After that, it went silent. They strongly encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty, but I wanted time to do my own research before making a decision. Later, I emailed the dealership with a question about the status of my paperwork. I intentionally did not mention that I was still considering purchasing the 8-year/100,000-mile extended warranty because I wanted to see what their post-sale customer service would be like. Unfortunately, I never received a response. The buying experience itself was fine, but the lack of follow-up after the sale was disappointing. Good customer service shouldn't end once the paperwork is signed. More
