We paid for the car to get 'scanned and fixed. ' I know master mechanics and know what scanners show you when the check engine comes on. He allegedly fixed the problem. He said to bring it back in that his work is 'guaranteed and will be fixed for free.' I took it back and then he said it needs a new part. When I know for a fact he already knew that because the scanner tells you that. That's the point of having a 20-30k scanner. It gives you in detail what it needs and he thought I was dumb and didn't know. I already paid about $860 and that should have been addressed and fixed when I brought it in the first time. That's the point of going to the dealership so it can get fixed right the first time. Not what happened to me. More
