The vehicle I still cannot drive safely is in my garage because of death wobble. Why you would put a vehicle that isnt road worthy on your lot is beyond me. This vehicle is a major Saftey concern! Maybe fix problems before you put them on your lot so you don't have to throw money at them after the fact and then decided you've thrown enough and leave the problem to the customer unresolved. More
My experience with Corwin GMC has been nothing short of unacceptable. We started the buying process on September 5th, placing a deposit while the Jeep was supposedly being moved from shop to shop for work. unacceptable. Communication during this time was poor at best, and we were constantly left in the dark about what was happening. On October 9th, we were told the vehicle was finally back at Corwin. My husband and I went down immediately. The Jeep looked clean, but we had to test-drive it during rush-hour traffic, making it impossible to really evaluate how it drove. The buying process itself took hours—not the staff’s fault due to an unrelated fraud incident with police on site—but still frustrating. When we finally got the Jeep home, my husband drove it to work that Friday and experienced a severe death wobble. Completely unsafe. The Jeep had to sit in our driveway until we could get it into a highly recommended shop. They looked it over, but the issue still wasn’t fixed. We then brought it back to Corwin. They said it was repaired, and we picked it up on Halloween—only to find the death wobble was still just as bad. Once again, the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The Jeep went back to Corwin and sat there for another two weeks. We picked it up again, and the issue is still not resolved. Now Corwin won’t return our calls. Meanwhile, I’ve had to register a vehicle I can’t drive and even make a payment on it, despite barely having it in my possession at all. Selling a vehicle in this condition—without a thorough inspection—is completely unacceptable. This Jeep is unsafe to drive, and the fact that we are now almost into December and I still have no drivable vehicle is beyond frustrating. This entire experience has made me feel sick to my stomach. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Corwin GMC. The lack of communication, accountability, and care throughout this process has been absolutely awful. More

They only were able to identify issue that were obvious. Had the truck in five times. I had to present the issues to them. One repair they performed was unnecessary.
