Service the A/C on my Buick 2015 Enclave Mark Payne was very courteous and explained all regarding servicing my A/C on the vehicle. Then there was a question regarding the warranty which was Mark Payne was very courteous and explained all regarding servicing my A/C on the vehicle. Then there was a question regarding the warranty which was resolved by Greg the service manager to my satisfaction. There is a sign in the Service area that mentions SATISFACTION, I was completely satisfied with the final outcome regarding the warranty issue. I have but one BIG COMPLAINT which is that, one brings the vehicle in for service and if needed there is a shuttle service to take you to the destination you want being a place of work or home. However there is no SHUTTLE SERVICE TO MAKE THE RETURN TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE. That policy on my view REALLY SUCKS (sorry for that comment, however I was really bent out of shape when I was told there is no return service). You should consider correcting this problem as I am certain that it is a concern to many of your customers.
