Excellent service department Our 2017 Acadia suffered a catastrophic failure when the gears stopped shifting. I called the GMC dealer in Reno where we purchased the car. They gave instructions to have it towed and park it on the street. When we arrived at the dealer, a couple service department men were leaving late. They kindly offered to open back up so our car could be stored inside. The repair took over a week. The dealer gave us a loaner so we could take our winter vacation in comfort. Communication was A+.
