Vehicle was to be filled with a full tank after purchase and was not. After our very pricey Yukon Denali, we would have expected the service and sales staff to be more accommodating, friendly and professional. All of which we have yet to experience. We will be servicing and purchasing our next vehicle from the Carson City dealership. More

Since we had a 2011 Yukon and were pleased with that vehicle we decided to start our search at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. The sales staff (Marlin) was very knowledgeable about Yukon features and attributes and he was willing to work to strike a trade transaction. As a condition we wanted to acquire a vehicle, that was registered and ready for a road trip in the same week. The sales and finance personnel worked together to assemble a purchase package, while working to have the vehicle registered and ready for the road within our time frame. We completed our transaction for a 2018 Yukon and were on our way in the same week. More

30,000 mile service The 30,000 mile service is the first major service on the vehicle. It took almost all day to do. Everything seemed to be in good order except the ente The 30,000 mile service is the first major service on the vehicle. It took almost all day to do. Everything seemed to be in good order except the entertainment center screen. While doing the service the battery cable is disconnected to clean the terminals. When the vehicle looses battery power the Infotainment Center looses the pre-sets in its memory so we had to renter all of the preset data. This service is very expensive and I only had a coupon for $49.5 for the oil change. When it came time to pay the bill the service representative gave me a 10% senior discount which I did not even know about. This saved me $140. More
