Little did I know that the fianancial guy Lance is an xxx that hides and won't call back apparently he's always busy. No one else here must know how to do end of month except him. Roman was nice at first but decided to tell my wife that calling every day trying to get the status of the cancellation check wouldn't help. Maybe if it was his money he would care. Oh and Brittney god forbid she return a phone call only works till 4 so 2 voicemails later and changing my name she finally ansewred. Quite the attitude! Nasty little human she is. Only have great customer service when they are trying to sell you a vehicle. It took over a month to get this all cancelled. More
