We wish we had been told... They called the day after service (oil change) for comments on service, etc.. We gave very good ratings on everyone and everything. I told them the only thing we were concerned about was the rising cost of the oil change. I had a 10% off coupon and ask if there were any better discounts. I was told no and Nick gave us a senior citizen discount ($6.27). The caller says there is a coupon on our website for an oil change for $29.99. Why wasn't this offered at the dealership? Or at least brought to our attention. We receive coupons in the mail on a regular basis. It never cross my mind to go to the website before going for service. More

We were treated very well, we purchased our new Yukon SLT and can't be happier with the vehicle, Reno Buick and especially the staff there. I went back the next morning so they could show me how to put down the third row seat. I pulled up to the front and two gentlemen who work there came right out to greet me and walked me through how to put all the rear seats down. Very polite, friendly and helpful. When it's time for another new vehicle, we'll be back to Reno Buick! Thank you for a great experience! More
