Purchase of New XT5 Cadillac I had a scheduled appointment with Jeff to look at a new XT5 unfortunately it had snowed the night before and continued to snow the day of my appoin I had a scheduled appointment with Jeff to look at a new XT5 unfortunately it had snowed the night before and continued to snow the day of my appointment I reluctantly was going to cancel my appointment, I called Jeff to reschedule, he stated he would bring the car to me, I happen to work next to a large vacant lot where I was able to test drive the car. My co workers were very impressed that Reno Buick GMC Cadillac would bring the car to me at my work. I fell in love with the car. Jeff went back to the dealership and worked out the number came back and we made a deal. I went to dealership when I got off work and was introduced to Garrett Green the General Manager. and then finalized the deal with Mike Cogliano the finance Director, overall it was a very pleasant experience compared to most other dealership experiences of the past.
