My husband recently bought a vehicle in Reno and it was a terrible experience. He never got to meet the person handling his deal, he didn't get any face time with anyone in finance, and felt so confused about what he signed for in the end. I bragged about how wonderful my experience with GMC was. I love that Billy personally called to update me about the location of my new vehicle. I was impressed with how much time Andre spent going over my new vehicle with me. He explained to me clearly every single thing that would happen registering my OnStar, and made sure to stay with me until it was done. He patiently answered every one of my annoying questions about the new buttons in the Yukon. I love that Garrett took the time to sit down with me and go over all of my buying options.
