Even after I arrived at the dealership about 3 hours later than I had scheduled with the on line r Very motivated, customer oriented sales department. Even after I arrived at the dealership about 3 hours later than I had scheduled with the on line rep (30 minutes before closing) the sales team that was still there took the time to walk down in to what seemed to be the farthest back lot. The vehicle I wanted to see had just been off loaded from a truck and hadn't even been cleaned yet. These guys had every reason to tell me to come back the next day and they never even hinted toward the option. They spent all the time necessary answering all of my questions and best of all worked with me on my budget. But they didn't stop there; even after I had made the purchase he went out of his way to ensure a small seat tear had been repaired and that I had an extra set of keys pre-programmed to my car. Classy! These are the little things that make spending money worthwhile. The people at Reno Buick GMC have earned a customer for life. Great job guys! More

Jim Lauer, Service Advisor extraordinaire, contacted GM regional service rep. and negotiated GM covering the repair with just a $600 deductible on my part. Thank you Jim. More

Nestor was just the right amount of sales, knowledge, and comfort. He made it seem like we already bought a new car but still wanted us to find the right set of keys if you know what I mean. I've never been on a test drive and lost the dealer plate stuck to the side of the car but Nestor assured us it was ok due to him only loosing 2 in his long history of sales....not too bad he says haha funny guy! I'm probably not supposed to say that here but really, it was funny! (sorry Nestor!) Anywho, Nestor is very good at what he does and should be thanked again......Thanks Nestor!! The negotiation process was pretty fair, seemed like both parties were happy. Overall a great sales team. Haven't spent any time on the service side of this location, time will tell! On the other hand.....the financing department (Mike Gomez) was out of sorts. Not saying he was rude or disrespectful, just out of sorts. Look, we ALL work long days and run out of patients from time to time but let's think about the other person who probably has never bought a new car before and probably won't get another chance like this again....it's a pretty exciting thing for some of us. From having to re-print documents to failing to charge the correct amount on our debit card 3x's!! It's very simple, 2 buyers, 2 signatures, 2 pens!!! Go get another pen instead of watching us switch back and forth for every piece of paper....class act. Mike tried to sell us the extended warranty but couldn't give us a straight answer on what the warranty would be since the car had some miles on it..no sale. Now, we've been here for a while already how about go get someone who will know the answer instead of prolonging this whole thing far into the next week! Now I have mike on the phone, we bought the car on a Friday.....it's now Thursday...."ok Mike, we'll be down asap to take care of your mistake." But when confronted with..."hey Mike, there's no floor mats in the car. Can you have some ready when we come in tomorrow?" His response....." I don't know. You're going to have to take that up with sales or something." C'mon Mike! A simple let me transfer you to the right person or a let me check on that for you. At the end of the day Mike, you're the last person we see after the deed is done. Lets make it a good experience. I'm sorry to rant but the lack of effort from Mike really left a bad taste in my mouth. Between my wife and I we have owned 6 GM vehicles, currently we have 2 in our driveway.
