Getting me in fast taking care of everything even handling a 4 year old at the desk. But recently I decided to Buy a GMC truck when I came out to the sales I worked with Herik this guy was amazing working the perfect deal for me. At the same time understanding I had to leave and come back due to kids schedule. Everything was a breeze really was the easiest way I have ever bought a car in my life!!! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is needed anything to do with a vehicle these people know there stuff and take the time with you. More

However, the service manager was great, he was attentive, got connected to the right people, and we got to the bottom of the issue, and got it resolved. Was supposed to be a simple remote/module program update with a tech 2, but it got muddied and we had some confusion. In the end, the job got done, and although it took longer than expected, it happens, end result was the same. Chalk it up as a 'xxxx happens', but I was well taken care of, and even though i was obviously frustrated, the employees kept it cool and assisted me professionally. More

Service department Brought in my 2008 Silverado for oil change and tire rotation. My TPSM hasn't worked right for 2 years but I did not asked them to look at it. Every Brought in my 2008 Silverado for oil change and tire rotation. My TPSM hasn't worked right for 2 years but I did not asked them to look at it. Every other shop who I went to wanted to charge me $200 +/- each to replace them but I can live without it (that's what they make tire pressure gauges for). When they rotated the tires they also recalibrated the TPSM (most places don't bother with it, or don't know how) without my requesting it. SURPRIZE!!! The TPSM now works fine. More

great service but scheduling needs work I was very happy with the recent overall service experience. Technically, and logistically I find absolutely no fault. The car was fixed, under warranty, which I did not expect, which also included a rental vehicle. The service people were most courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Absolutely no issues here. My only complaint, and I've stated it before, is the wait to have a car serviced. When we first purchased our CTS, I would call for service and have a next day appointment. Every time. All of a sudden, starting perhaps two years ago (guessing here), the times for service seemed to go out three days or more. Frm what I understand this is because your dealership has taken on other service rresponsibilities beyond the normal GM line. It is important to know that when one purchases a luxury vehicle, prompt service should be part of the package. The CTS is not our first luxury car, and won't be the last. While we enjoy the CTS, the promptness of available service may well be a deciding factor in our next selection. I realize of course this is not a simple, fixit kind of situation, but it is one you would do well to address. More
