Our appointment was for 10:45 and we were taken in on time and given a completion time, with a electronic beeper to alert us when the vehicle was ready, which truly impressed us. As promised the vehicle was ready at noon, on time. With the other dealer we had to wait until 3-4 hours after scheduling an appointment. Service Tech Nick was exceptionally well trained on customer service, he went over and beyond the call of duty to help with the warranty dates that were incorrect for our vehicle purchase. Michael Oade took care of the issue immediately to make sure there would be no problems in the future. Matt Kelly ruined our experience!!! Matt Kelly was all sweet and accommodating until our sale was finished. Then he disappeared! We then realized we did not buy the car we thought we had! When we went in to speak to him a couple of days later, he flew into a rage. I barely got a few words out, was very polite and non-threatening. He was so rude, belittling and even physically aggressive it was shocking!!! Other salesmen even jumped in to try diffuse the situation. Needless to say I'm returning the car tomorrow and purchasing the Buick elsewhere. Since publicly telling people this story, people are coming out of the woodwork sharing their terrible experiences at this dealership. GMC/BUICK and CADILLACS are all expensive vehicles. You'd think their sales staff would treat customers willing to invest large amounts of money a whole lot better. Save yourself a terrible experience and shop at literally any other dealership More
