Recall notice and other service I originally brought the vehicle in for a software recall notice. I had the same notice on my Chevrolet and it took 2.5 hours to service the recall. The GMC dealer did the recall in 20 min., and also changed the oil, rotated the tires and reset the TPS sensors, all under 2 hours. I appreciated the fast service. More

He also offered a tire rotation and oil change which I accepted. The inconvenience of bringing a car in, getting shuttled to the rental car facility, etc was more than compensated for by the great service of the entire service department. I have used this dealer with multiple vehicles over the last 15 years and this is the highest overall service I have ever received from them. Rodney particularly stood out. I picked up my vehicle when he was out of the office and he still called me later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Keep up the great service. Thanks More
recall our 2014 Buick was recalled for a software adjustment. We dropped the car off and picked it up a couple of hours later. HOWEVER, each time we bring the car in we get a survey, this one included and in order to send it I need to fill out more info, email address etc and if I don't all I get is more and more survey questions. Satisfactory but unnecessary hassle Had appt. for simple repair of rattling speaker. Dropped car off as instructed at 10.20 am. Told would be ready bey 3p. Shuttle service to my home (nice driver). 3p. no call. Called and told they had not got to my car😳 Told them I needed my car offered a rental. Really didn't want a rental and all that rigamarole but agreed. Enterprise picked me up at about 4, over to rental agency, charged insurance which was my choice of course, but still $20.00 out of my pocket. Used car to drive back and one errand. Dealership called me about 8am that repair was finished--so the rental car basically sat in my garage. Drove rental back to rental agency then shuttle to car dealership and retrieved my car. Rattle gone.🤓 Chuck apologetic and polite. That's my experience you judge it. I give it 3 stars. More
