Nick and team are exceptional I came in for what I thought would be routine maintenance only to find that I had two issues that needed addressing. I hate car issues but Nick was VERY helpful explaining what needed to be done and why. Since I'm a regular customer and the issues were unexpected he kept in touch many times during the day to let me know status which was very appreciated. When it just couldn't be finished the same day he then arranged to get me a loaner car! Clearly he didn't have to do anything he did but he went WAY above and beyond. Nick is fantastic! Not to take anything away from Nick but the reason I keep coming to Reno Buick GMC is because no matter what they always take good care of me! They are all amazing! More
