WOW what a great place to buy a car. Joelene Strozzi treated us better than family !!! She was knowgeable,kind and people friendly. Too many times we have gone to other dealer ships over the years, and been treated very rudely........where they held you hostage by keeping your keys and really put you through the ringer. Not so with Joelene, we are very impressed and yes we would most certainly buy another car from her when the time comes. I leased a 2012 Buick Regal from Reno Buick GMC Cadillac in July. The best car I've ever had. All of your staff were as helpful and friendly as possible. My visit to Buick was to fix a problem on my Lucerne 2007. I mentioned to Julie Vesik that I had been considering a 4-wheel drive. I thought I would browse while I waited for my vehicle; instead I found Harold to be so helpful and so knowledgeable and responsive to my needs that I bought my new GMC before the end of the business day. Harold, being aware that I am not of the technical-savvy generation, kindly explained in great detail all the bells and whistles that my new car has. I was nervous driving it for the first time home (especially during rush hour) but both the car and I managed well. Again, let me thank the staff with whom I interacted and, particularly, Harold Solano, who gave more than 100% in his efforts to make me comfortable with my new car.
