WOW what a great place to buy a car. Joelene Strozzi treated us better than family !!! She was knowgeable,kind and people friendly. All of your staff were as helpful and friendly as possible. My visit to Buick was to fix a problem on my Lucerne 2007. I mentioned to Julie Vesik that I had been considering a 4-wheel drive. I thought I would browse while I waited for my vehicle; instead I found Harold to be so helpful and so knowledgeable and responsive to my needs that I bought my new GMC before the end of the business day. Harold, being aware that I am not of the technical-savvy generation, kindly explained in great detail all the bells and whistles that my new car has. I was nervous driving it for the first time home (especially during rush hour) but both the car and I managed well. Again, let me thank the staff with whom I interacted and, particularly, Harold Solano, who gave more than 100% in his efforts to make me comfortable with my new car.
