Confusion There is a disconnect between the individuals who contact you after you make an appointment on line and when you get to the service center. In additi There is a disconnect between the individuals who contact you after you make an appointment on line and when you get to the service center. In addition, to making an appointment for regular service I requested that I have my air conditioning checked out and serviced if needed. When I arrived I was met with almost hostility that I was not over at the "quick service" area and had to explain at least three times (two times to many), to your service agent that I was given instructions to come there. Mr. Helsel actually used the term "... that's crazy..." when I had to explain for the third time why I was there requesting service that I had already scheduled 6 days earlier. I actually made him explain his comment with regards if crazy pertained to me or the instructions I was given. More
