I made an appointment two weeks in advance for an 8 AM appointment so it would be first in. I dropped it off the night before just to make sure. The day of the appointment it sat in the parking lot until appointment so it would be first in. I dropped it off the night before just to make sure. The day of the appointment it sat in the parking lot until 1:30 untouched. I tracked it through the GMC APP. I was so mad I just picked it up. It was a simple park brake service light that kept coming on at times. I told the service manager I'm taking to Carson City next time he told me i would get the same service experience at Michael Hohle Carson City GMC. I told him no wonder the service dept gets 2.5 star reviews. He told me we do get 4 stars on occasion. Even a blind squirrel gets lucky and finds a nut on occasion. Horrible experience!!! More
