I am a disabled veteran and all they did was lie to me the whole time and I have put in calls to numerous people about this and no one will ever return my call. And the last communication I received from them was a disrespectful text from their finance manager “We work on our own timelines. We gave you extra time to get your own money, now you need to let us find out what the best course of action is for the dealership.“ More

Less than expected service. I took my 2015 GMC Denali in for its scheduled service to the time of $250 for an oil change and new air and cabin filters (both of which I changed ou I took my 2015 GMC Denali in for its scheduled service to the time of $250 for an oil change and new air and cabin filters (both of which I changed out this same time last year). Obviously i could have saved a couple of dollars by buying them someplace else and installing them myself but I knew I was paying a premium for the convience. My issue was the next day I got into my truck and both the windshield washer fluid was empty and my information system informed me my engine coolant was low. For $250 I expected these routine fluid levels to have been checked out and topped off. Which makes me wonder what other items were just checked off without inspection. My confidence in Reno GMC is at an all time low and I am not sure if they will be trusted with my business in the future. More
