I like the vehicle, but not the service received. They didn’t explain anything about maintence or when I need the oil change or anything. There were better deals for new cars available at the same dealership and they focused right on the certified used and we went for that because they didn’t show anything else. The salesman also spoke Spanish and didn’t speak to me during the entire time we were testing and talking about numbers. He told us after we ran the credit report that he spoke Spanish (my native langauge) and just listened in to our conversation. That was definitely not appreciated. rhe whole process could’ve been a lot smoother for me had he been up front about his language abilities. More
