My 2019 GMC Sierra was in “service” for over a month for a new transmission. I had called and emailed my service tech/associate multiple times and received only a minimal response back. It finally took a p a new transmission. I had called and emailed my service tech/associate multiple times and received only a minimal response back. It finally took a physical appearance (knowing that he was at work- three times) to talk to a supervisor and have my vehicle actually worked on. We have used and been with this dealership continuously for over 30 years with a business fleet - even through transfers of ownership and this was a very bad experience and we were treated with much disrespect. It’s very difficult to understand why we were put in the back burner when all the necessary transmission parts were ordered and available. After a talk with a service supervisor the problem was solved and the truck was ready the following day. *Meaning, the parts were there. We had to make difficult transportation arrangements throughout the duration of this event and had multiple effects on various personal family occasions. More

While under some difficult issues, Corwin GMC service department has come through for me on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the local dealership can not control a vehicle recall that is a manufacturer i department has come through for me on a regular basis. But, the dealership can move mountains to lessen the impact of pain a long term fix can ultimately take. This is exactly what Corwin Buick GMC Cadillac of Reno did for me. They didn't have to go to the extent they did with the brand new loaner vehicle that was delivered and left with me for three weeks racking up a ton of miles. They did this because it was the right thing to do. Thank you to EVERYONE at Corwin GMC for your continued support and help through difficult situations. More
