They charged me to change parts they had been changed. They did keep the car and not charge me after after I made a complaint to Alex the customer service rep but still could not diagnose the problem. When I picked the car up the back seat was on the floorboard, the fuse box cover next to battery was not in place, dash cover front passenger side was in front floorboard and a cover from steering column was in driver floorboard as well as after checking wiring original wire harness material (broken material) was used to wrap wiring harness leaving wiring open to damage from engine heat as well as other elements which could introduce a whole other set of issues. Also found a dent and shoe print on car which Alex didn't even bother to look at but sent service person back to me saying would not count if trading car in. Unhappy customer Karen Rogers More
