everyone was very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed. I brought my vehicle in for sevice and explained a possible problem. the vehicle was evaluated and found a couple things that needed repair. The service person kept me informed of the progress of repairs and when it was determined that the repairs would take more time I was given a loaner vehicle so I could return home. I was informed when the vehicle was fixed and returned to pick up the vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very friendly. I was very happy with my service experience. More

Excellent service department Our 2017 Acadia suffered a catastrophic failure when the gears stopped shifting. I called the GMC dealer in Reno where we purchased the car. They gave Our 2017 Acadia suffered a catastrophic failure when the gears stopped shifting. I called the GMC dealer in Reno where we purchased the car. They gave instructions to have it towed and park it on the street. When we arrived at the dealer, a couple service department men were leaving late. They kindly offered to open back up so our car could be stored inside. The repair took over a week. The dealer gave us a loaner so we could take our winter vacation in comfort. Communication was A+. How often does a service rep call you? Well, ours called often to keep us updated as they worked to identify the cause of the problem. More

I showed up for the first oil change app We purchased a 2017 Canyon a few months ago and had a great experience in the Sales and Finance departments! I showed up for the first oil change appointment, and was very disappointed with the attitude of the 'Express Service' person. I was told that there were 3 people with 9am appointments and it would take 2 hours to get my oil change completed. The way this was stated made me feel like it was my fault they over booked. This dealership really needs to take a good look into their processes, how they are booking appointments, and customer service over all. I will be taking my vehicle to Carson City next time. More

Oil change I've always had great service but was disappointed to hear that the shuttle no longer does pick up service only drop off. I work only a few miles from the dealership so it was very convenient in previous visits to be brought back to my vehicle. Thank goodness Nestor Curi is awesome and gave me a ride back to my car after my vehicle was ready. He always goes above and beyond for his customers and that will keep us coming back ;) loved the car wash as well. More

I called late Thurs. afternoon regarding the car and was told the repair had not been done. I was told that there was a back work load of vehicles and repairs and that work had not been done. I was told that they would try to have door seal repair done on Friday. When I asked why the delay I was told it was due to being short of mechanics as several had left the company. I finally picked up the car Sat. morning. I understand having a man power shortage and a back log of work but why book appointments that can't be kept. I also had a lube &oil change and tire rotation. More

Amazing hassle free service . They worked quick to get me out of there. The lounge was nice and equipped for me to get online. Everyone greeted me with a smile. Best of all - the . One better - they filled my DEF tank on the house for waiting longer than they had estimated. It was worth the wait. More
