Wonderful Service The magnetic charger in my 2017 Yukon SLT quit working so I called and made an appointment with service, while on the phone with the young lady in sch The magnetic charger in my 2017 Yukon SLT quit working so I called and made an appointment with service, while on the phone with the young lady in scheduling she informed me there was a recall on the windshield wipers regarding proper fit. She inquired if I would like that checked while it was in for service. I thought it was very pro-active to bring that up so I agreed. Chuck in the service department took care of my questions, ordered me a rental car and made sure I was comfortable till the rental car showed up. As it turned out the magnetic charger doesn't work with my Galaxy S7 Edge, only S6 and older. It's still a handy place to put the phone as it fits perfectly on the charger and is secure. I've taken all of my GMC's to this service department for the past 14 years, they've always been very polite and kind and have never failed to fix the problem and I have brought them some true challenges! Greg, Daylen and Jim have been there as long as I've been taking my vehicles there and this time I met Chuck who is just as kind and thorough as the rest. Always a pleasure to see everyone! Thank you for your help all these years! More
Great experience! Service was timely, the service personnel were friendly and I even got a loaner since I also had some recall work completed. I used GMC previously when the dealership was under different owners and found the service lacking. Thankfully, the new owners have certainly upgraded their service. and I will be back! More

4 wheel drive recall Came to the dealership with GMC Yukon 2016 4 wheel drive problems. They said they were just about to contact us with a recall on the matter. They were done with the matter within a few hours but took additional time to investigate a delayed start up problem I was having. They were very flexible with my schedule. Overall the experience was great. When I got he car home th change oil light came in. Wish I had realized this before I picked the car up. Would have had that taken care of at the same time. More

Prior to taking my car here I tried working with the service department of Chevrolet dealership across the street, they did nothing but give me the run around they even tried to tell me my car was Canadian and in order to get warranty work done I needed to take the car to a Canadian dealership??? The car was purchased (NEW) in California and always serviced in California until I moved to Reno last year. Rather than arguing with them I took the car across the Street to Reno Buick GMC Cadillac, Glad I did, they will have my future business and recommendations. More
