We wish we had been told... They called the day after service (oil change) for comments on service, etc.. We gave very good ratings on everyone and everything. I told them the only thing we were concerned about was the rising cost of the oil change. I had a 10% off coupon and ask if there were any better discounts. I was told no and Nick gave us a senior citizen discount ($6.27). The caller says there is a coupon on our website for an oil change for $29.99. Why wasn't this offered at the dealership? Or at least brought to our attention. We receive coupons in the mail on a regular basis. It never cross my mind to go to the website before going for service. More
