Best dealer I have worked with .. no joke! I had a great experience with this dealer buying a used truck. My Sales Associate was Tonya J., and she was responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and I had a great experience with this dealer buying a used truck. I was not sure what I wanted for awhile (SUV or truck), and I took weeks to decide, but she was patient and always understanding. It was like working with a friend. I felt like I was an important customer (but I am just a random guy). The process of purchasing was a welcomed surprise as well. It was very efficient and quick. Alex P. handled my purchase paperwork, and even got me a slightly better interest rate than my credit union. He offered a few extras like extended warranty options and such, and gave full explanations for my questions, but was never pushy. The process was everything it should be. In the past it has taken so long to complete the process. Our experience with Republic Ford was so seamless with no Hoops to jump through it was almost as if they just gave us the truck. They renewed my faith in car salesmanship, and I would recommend them to anybody. More

Crooks I had done business with said company for the past several years. Sept. 9 I went in for an oil change and my car was running fine. They did the oil I had done business with said company for the past several years. Sept. 9 I went in for an oil change and my car was running fine. They did the oil change supposedly and brought me nearly $1000 of additional services they wanted to do. The list included air filter and since they showed me a real nasty air filter supposedly from my car, I authorized replacement. They failed to reset the oil life gauge. On their extortion list twice was replacement of fuel filter for $49.95. Another Ford dealership and two independent mechanics have stated my car does not have a fuel filter that can be replaced. Within 15 miles of Republic Ford my car began to hiccup, misfire. I was too late to go right back, but I notified them as soon as possible. They ignored me and finally responded only to try to sell me more items on their extortion list. Within 24 hours of their having damaged my car such it will not run properly, they issued a letter (before I contacted them about the car not running properly) trying to purchase the car, which is worth around $6000 for $950 IF I would purchase a new Ford from them. I never could get them to agree to make anything right and my only recourse appears to be to expose them anywhere and everywhere and bring a lawsuit against them. More
