Service Dropped our F250 off Christmas eve day, with a check engine light on. We were told, with no appointment, it could take two weeks to get to it. About an hour later we were called with a diagnosis. Then , on the day after Christmas, we were called and informed everything was repaired and picked it up. Great job! More

Glad I bought my car at Gus Johnson Impressive how you have service coordination down to a science. It was fast and efficient, and even though I was only expecting $49.95 for "The Works" Impressive how you have service coordination down to a science. It was fast and efficient, and even though I was only expecting $49.95 for "The Works" Oil Change pkg, and it came to $54, it was quickly/satisfactorily explained by the cashier that the Pkg only covers up to 5 qts and the Escape took 6 so the extra charge made sense. It would have been nice if that was mentioned up front that this car takes 6 just to avoid the surprise when I paid the bill. Past oil changes were always done when you had the $39.95 promo going so maybe I did not notice that I was not charged for the extra qt. I expect this car to last over 20 yrs like my last one :).... but if not, I will definitely go back to Gus Johnson Ford first! More
