1 as in poor! . Last oil change I received customer service was horrific, when I went back to talk to the manager it was even worse, I stopped getting my oil change . The last 'recall for door locks was bad as well, the plastic mechanism was obviously used now I have a constant rattle in my doors. The last recall of the brake lines was on par for my experiences, I got in my car and there was grease and oil all over the door, the arm rest, venter Console etc... I asked to have my car cleaned the first and second time I had major issues and my comments went unnoticed or ignored... I would assume the same for this service. More
