Check engine light I took my 2013 F-150 in to get the check engine light looked at. I was expecting to get news of a major repair but instead when I called to get an upd I took my 2013 F-150 in to get the check engine light looked at. I was expecting to get news of a major repair but instead when I called to get an update I was informed that the repair needed was covered under a federal warranty that I was not aware of. They could have easily charged me for the repair and I would have not known any better. It's a nice feeling knowing I can take it to a shop with integrity. Thank you More

Airbag recall fix My appt was Sat 3/23. The person I made the appt with didn’t sched it properly, so when I arrived, I didn’t have Appt! thanks to Victor Sifuentez, who My appt was Sat 3/23. The person I made the appt with didn’t sched it properly, so when I arrived, I didn’t have Appt! thanks to Victor Sifuentez, who calmed my ruffled feathers and worked my car in that day anyway, the repair was accomplished WITH a complimentary car wash!! An otherwise sour experience was turned into a win-win all because of Victor!!! He was awesome!!! He did this all without bad mouthing the other person or saying anything negative!!! You are fortunate to have Victor working for you!!! More
