Worst Honda dealership I’ve ever been to This dealer is the sole reason that I won’t buy another Honda. During a routine oil change, the service department told my wife that our CR-V need This dealer is the sole reason that I won’t buy another Honda. During a routine oil change, the service department told my wife that our CR-V needed new brake pads and rotors less than 8 months after they replaced the pads and rotors. When I returned and questioned the need for new brake pads and rotors, they had a “senior” technician look at the vehicle and he determined that everything looked fine. I then took my vehicle to a trustworthy mechanic who confirmed that everything was fine. As if that wasn’t a big enough warning sign, my experience trying to buy a new vehicle there was the last straw. After my wife was in an accident and her Suburu was totaled, we were looking to buy a new vehicle and were interested in a Ridgeline and other trucks from competing manufacturers. I made appointments at various dealers and took a day off of work. I specifically stated that I wanted to test drive a Ridgeline and one of the sales staff setup an appointment for me on my day off. Unfortunately when I arrived the sales staff was late to my appointment and then they informed me that they didn’t have any Ridgelines available to test drive, even though their online inventory indicated otherwise. They also couldn’t tell me when they would have a Ridgeline in to test drive. As long as they are the only Honda dealership in the Flathead valley I will not buy another Honda. More

Ryan gave me excellent customer service!! For the past 18 months or so, Eisinger's customer service has been the tops! It's because of employees like Ryan; he was a pleasure to work with this For the past 18 months or so, Eisinger's customer service has been the tops! It's because of employees like Ryan; he was a pleasure to work with this last time....The reason I rated the service center 4 stars instead of 5 is because I still have a small bad taste in my mouth regarding the buying experience of my Honda at Eisinger. Part of my disatisfaction is related to the clumsy auto-starter that was installed in my 2016 car, which is very user unfriendly and was expensive at at extra $700. More
