Always OUTSTANDING I have been coming to Eisinger Honda for service for many years. I am driving my second Honda Pilot. It almost feels like "family" when I go there. Great winter tire change over in half the time. I really love my dealer Eisinger. They were more than accommodating for me and make me feel very comfortable while I did school work while waiting for I really love my dealer Eisinger. Excellent, As Usual I took our 2 year old CRV to Eisinger Honda for an oil change but only had about an hour before I had to be somewhere else. They got me out with time I took our 2 year old CRV to Eisinger Honda for an oil change but only had about an hour before I had to be somewhere else. They got me out with time to spare. When I was checked in, I was told they would check the cabin and main air filters, and I was pleased that they didn't do a hard sell, but told me I could wait till next time to change them. I had a coupon so I saved about 10 bucks, and they have a punch card so my fifth oil change is free. They can't do car washes any more because of their septic or something, but they gave me a car wash card for a local place. The wifi in the lobby was great, and they offered fruit and drinks while I waited. This is the only place I take my car for service (we bought it here as well). More

Your receptionists are way above the norm; class act !! Giving out raises this year end, Ben; I would highly recommend starting with your two receptionists; they carry your dealership! You win customers in the first 15 seconds of a phone call and with walk ins the first 90 seconds of how they are encountered. Your parts manger is excellent and I felt he was very sincere and straight forward with his expertise and knowledge of tires and we have now order 2 sets of snow tires for our two vehicles because of his recommendation and taking time to answer my detailed questions. More

Great Service When I arrived the service representative checked me in, went over everything, and even inquired as to whether I was having any additional problems. While I was waiting I got a couple of updates on the timing of completion. After the work was completed my service rep again went over the work done. All was taking care of quickly and competently while I waited. Five stars and two thumbs up. More
