I had my 2014 RAV4 serviced on 9/9/22 and Paul Reed was my advisor. He scheduled, had the service performed and returned the vehicle as he promised. My family has purchased from this Toyota dealership si my advisor. He scheduled, had the service performed and returned the vehicle as he promised. My family has purchased from this Toyota dealership since it was first located on North Academy Blvd and Paul Reed has been our service advisor performing super service and keeping all our Toyotas running at peak performance. He is the reason we use the dealership for our vehicles. Paul is outstanding and a super example for all service advisors to follow. More

It was a mistake buying there, I would never do it again. Paul Reed is the best! He finds the right tech for those jobs that are outside the scope of a visual or diagnostic test! He paired tech Jonathan to go with me on a test dri He finds the right tech for those jobs that are outside the scope of a visual or diagnostic test! He paired tech Jonathan to go with me on a test drive to discover the rattling sound I was hearing. As of this date, they have fixed the issue...absolutely no complaints! This was my first vehicle purchase and it has been the worst experience. The amount of times I had to bring the vehicle back to the dealer to fix problems with the car they said they would fix from the be worst experience.
