Service Tech Brien was very helpful changing the Audioscreen,so tom take the phones off the answering mode. I no longer needed them hooked up because of bluecoat hearing aids. He also showed the pro Audioscreen,so tom take the phones off the answering mode. I no longer needed them hooked up because of bluecoat hearing aids. He also showed the process to do this so we could hop back up if we wanted to. Very helpful. More
