I was in this morning to drop my vehicle off to have key cut and the fob programmed. Based on experiences with the other dealers I visit for service, I was surprised when Richard asked me to stay and he wou cut and the fob programmed. I have been a longtime client, so my husband and I were ready to purchase a vehicle advertised online. After we arrived and took the test drive, Doug hands us the paperwork which included additional optio ready to purchase a vehicle advertised online. After we arrived and took the test drive, Doug hands us the paperwork which included additional optional charges which were not listed on the website. It came out to be an additional $6,000 more than what was advertised. We understand adding the title, taxes, etc, but we did not want the optional charges and asked them to be removed. Doug started fumbling with the numbers, offered a discount and we made an offer. However, he then "added" the charges back in. For example, $1,000 - $500 (optional charges we wanted removed) = $500 (we're willing to pay). We all get that and we're tracking. However, he then adds it back in. $1,000-$500 = $500 + $500 (fees)= $1,000. Whaaaaaat?! I went crossed-eyed. Doug kept asking, "Don't you understand?" We know the sales game and Doug needs to stop playing them. We were ready to buy but this game made us walk out on a car we were willing to drive off the lot that night. Very disappointed with the old-fashioned sales tactics. More

I took my 2010 Prius in to have the 90,000 services performed on Fri. 10/2. I specifically stated that I had just done an oil change and tire rotation so I didn't need those things done. When I got hom performed on Fri. 10/2. I specifically stated that I had just done an oil change and tire rotation so I didn't need those things done. When I got home I noticed that the tires and been rotated during my service. Now I have to get the tires rotated back to the location before I had the service work done. If I hadn't noticed it this could have been a real problem. I just spent $1000 with your organization, things like this should not be overlooked. Also, the Tech (name?) states that all four wheels were bent. I've been a driver and car enthusiast for 45 years and never had all four wheels bent on any car I've owned. I have an appointment with Discount Tire to verify this diagnosis. More

I bought a 2021 Toyota 4runner premium from Dan in April 2021. At this time there were very few 4runners for sale in Denver/Castle Rock/Colorado Springs area. I first contacted Dan via email asking about av 2021. At this time there were very few 4runners for sale in Denver/Castle Rock/Colorado Springs area. I first contacted Dan via email asking about availability of a specific color and feature package. They did not have one in stock so Dan indicated he would contact me if one become available. Dan contacted me a couple days later indicating they are getting one in a day and asked if I was still interested. Dan indicated there were 5 people on the list and he offered me first chance at it! I arrived early the next day and took it out for a test drive. The speedometer had less than 10 miles on it so I knew I was the first one. After the test drive, I signed the papers. I transferred the money over to Larry Miller in a couple days and drove it home. I love the new features and how it performs. This replaced my old 1998 4runner which served me well for 23+ years! Not only did I get what I wanted, I was highly impressed by Dan's assistance throughout the purchase process. My last experiences in purchasing a new vehicle back in the 1980's and 1990's left me with a bad experience given the dealers were aggressive and misrepresented the vehicles (lied about things). Not so with Dan. Dan was very helpful and answered all my questions and at no times tried to push anything on me. Thanks Dan!!! More
