Purchasing experience was extremely slow - 6+ hours when we already had the vehicle picked out? On top of that, the vehicle was dirty (trash from previous owners/test drives), they sent us on our way at 10p we already had the vehicle picked out? On top of that, the vehicle was dirty (trash from previous owners/test drives), they sent us on our way at 10pm with the gas light on, and when we went back in the next day, they only filled it to 3/4 of a tank. Everything just seemed generally disorganized with very little information exchange as to what was going on during the purchasing process. More
