I found a screw in the tire tread on our SUV After I noticed a screw in one of my tires, I went right over to Liberty Toyota to have them take a look at it. I came in without an appointment and w After I noticed a screw in one of my tires, I went right over to Liberty Toyota to have them take a look at it. I came in without an appointment and was very pleased with the quick response I received from Gary Haines. He had the screw removed and the tire inspected for damage. Luckily, the screw didn't puncture the tire and I was back on the road in no time. Thanks to Gary and the entire Liberty Toyota staff for your great service. More

190K Routine Maintenance The best part of working with Billy is I never feel like I'm getting upsold. That definitely builds a level of trust between customer and dealership. When I think back to other places I have had service it always seemed like the multi-point inspection found "something" to drive up the price. I trust that if something was wrong Billy would be honest about how to proceed and if not I could leave in under an hour without paying a dime (under the prepaid plan). I wish more dealerships had this mindset when it comes to maintenance. More
