Horrible experience with Finance office Worked with a fantastic Internet Salesman, Dan Hill, over a few week period of time to purchase my 2019 Camry Hybrid in September 2019. It was a plea Worked with a fantastic Internet Salesman, Dan Hill, over a few week period of time to purchase my 2019 Camry Hybrid in September 2019. It was a pleasure to work with Dan over the phone, email, and in person; he is a truly professional Salesman and his first priority is the customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership was very negative due to the Finance department. My deal was a complete Cash deal with no trade-in but after the deal was finalized i was kept waiting to get into the Finance office for over 2.5 hours for what took a few minutes for me to sign documents and write my check. I own 4 other Toyota vehicles because of their quality and value but have purchased only 1 of them in the past at this dealership due to concerns. Another example of poor customer service on my deal was a proposal for my 2012 Honda Hybrid as a potential trade-in, i was offered only $2,500 for a vehicle in good shape - 1 day after this i listed my used Hybrid and in less than 24 hours I was able to sell it for $7.500! I was hopeful after all these years that the management at this dealership would make necessary changes to compete with the dealerships in Denver by being honest and working on their poor customer service.
