We were instantly greeted by Andy Murdock who was extremely friendly and knowledgable. We ended up leaving that day with new information on a Prius. It was about three weeks later that we returned to Andy. In those three weeks, Andy kept in touch by email and phone; never pressuring us to come back but wanted to help us find the Prius we wanted. We gave him our wish list and Andy was able to deliver the car we wanted. During the purchasing stage, Andy made the experience fun, educational and quick. Never once did I feel pressured or really too stressed about buying a car. The whole team at Larry H Miller Toyota were very friendly and helpful. Blizzard Dealing During a blizzard, showing up after searching for a couple weeks and countless vehicles later, we found yet another vehicle to look at. I walked in w During a blizzard, showing up after searching for a couple weeks and countless vehicles later, we found yet another vehicle to look at. I walked in with my wife and two young daughters greeted with a smile and offered refreshments. We were introduced to Cheryl Arcand, who promptly took our requests and found the vehicle that brought us to the dealership. Cheryl braved the weather and rode along in the test drive with us and watched/tested the DVD player for our girls also. My wife and daughters were sold on the vehicle, now it came to the dreaded "lets make a deal" portion which Cheryl again stepped up to the plate and took our offer to the sales manager. After a few trips back and forth, a deal was agreed upon that we are happy with and we are thrilled to have had the fortune of meeting Cheryl. I will come back to Liberty Toyota and to Cheryl to help us with our future vehicle searches. More

We never felt pressure to buy, he listened to what we wanted and while he did want us to buy off the lot we were adamant about what we wanted so he found us the perfect car. The best part of our purchase with Larry H. Miller is the service after. We have taken it in to have our windows tinted and again for our 5000 mile service, on both occasions we have been treated very well and the service was done timely. During our 5000 mile service we mentioned a small rattle on the dash our writer Frances was right on it ordered the part to repair the loose part and we were able to have it repaired two days later. The whole service department is well organized, friendly and knowledgable. If I had any criticism at all it would be that they wash my car and bring it to me wet so now I just ask them not to wash it.
