Overall good experience Dan Hill was a personable salesman who listened to what I wanted and tried his best to find it. When I decided on a car, there was too much back and Dan Hill was a personable salesman who listened to what I wanted and tried his best to find it. When I decided on a car, there was too much back and forth to the management office, especially for someone with excellent credit. And my credit was hit 14 times over 3 days; that's excessive. The interest rate we were quoted at the time of sale was 1.9% but the next day in going over paperwork with the finance man, the interest rate was actually 1.99%. When customers with excellent credit are ready to buy, try to make it easier for them. They can and will walk, as I was ready to do. The dealership kindly agreed to have a small break in the front bumper fixed. I appreciate that, as the car I bought is a 2014. This is our first used car in decades, but we won't buy new again unless prices come down. Vehicles are priced way too high, as are homes. In closing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan Hill as a salesman. We enjoyed dealing with him. More
