Miller Toyota Service I recently moved from Anchorage, Alaska to Colorado Springs, Colorado and was completely floored with my experience at Larry H. Miller Toyota Service Center. From my phone call to make a service appointment to the moment I drove away from the service department, customer service was exceptional. First, I was surprised to get an appointment in the same week that I called. I also had to reschedule and it didn't seem to be a problem. I was able to reschedule to a later time the same day! Jon Reynolds was my service advisor and he was very helpful. I came in for an oil change and Jon provided a detailed inspection of future maintenance actions, but did not give me any hard sales tactics, which I greatly appreciated. He listened to what I had to say about my van maintenance and usage to-date and provided just the advice I needed to make decisions within my budget and schedule (60K mile inspection, new tires, oil changes, etc.). And, I was told my oil change would take one hour. I was pulling out of there exactly one hour later. THAT has never happened to me before! My last Toyota service center would benefit from sending a service advisor to Larry H. Miller's for one-the-job training! More

The vehicle was dirty upon delivery, I asked for it to be cleaned again and it still was filthy. I asked for some fuel since the car was in the bottom 1/8 of a tank and I was told that is not what they do but they would put some in. I ended up with about 1/2 tank. I have never purchased a car from a lot and had to ask for gas let alone be given such a small amount to get by. The brakes sounded horrible form day 1 however every time I ask about it, I am told it will be taken care of... I asked for an inspection report from when they tookt he car in and the repairs performed and status of brakes and inspected items. They did not provide one and breezed over the question by stating it is really clean and in good shape. Well once I bought the car with the understanding that it "would be taken care of" they now avoid my calls and emails to get the truck in for repairs or at least an inspection to assure safety. I was promised a deal, price, rate, and payment but was told since it was a weekend to just accept the "worst case scenario" and come Monday they will fix it when they can meet with the banks. Low and behold Monday came around and there was nothing they could do and I was stuck at the worst case scenario. Eventually I spoke to Justin, one of the managers, and he was able to honor the pricing. My question is how come he could do it but the finance guys couldn't? Seems shady and I feel lied to and duped. I guess that's may fault for taking their word and not forcing the issues into writing. I felt this place was honorable and would hold strong to their word. Don't be fooled like I was. My strong recommendation is to NOT buy anything used from this dealer as there is no warranty, not even a 30 day warranty. The second you sign the papers, you take on all responsibility and the hidden defects that I believe they knowingly shuffle out the door. Buying a new car could be different because they come with warranties. Once they get your money, you are on your own. No customer service and no interest in earning future business or referrals. UPDATE - 9/3/14 - I now have 4 serious issues going on with the truck There is a very strong and consistent clunking, the tires are in needing f replacement, the battery is old and needs replaced, and the rear window does not go up. It has been in the shop 3 times for these issues for multiple days each time and nothing has been repaired. I call and email to schedule my next service and the dealer is non responsive in returning communications or fixing the issues. They actually recommended that I go to the Nissan dealership instead since they cannot fix the issues. Lesson learned here is to not buy a used vehicle from this dealer. More
My experience I brought my car into the dealership for the first time two weeks ago. At which time I had an appointment to get to later that morning and they found out my car would take longer Than I had to get finished. They allowed me to schedule everything for the following week. When I got to the dealership and they were checking me in I was informed that one of the recalls that my car needed would most likely result in ordering another part and another visit...this was a little frustrating especially since my car had been in the week before and they knew exactly why I had come back in. Overall everyone was very nice and friendly, but it was still frustrating knowing that I have to make yet another visit in this short amount of time to the dealership. More

I purchased a 2014 Outback Subaru and love it so far. I was thinking of the hybrid Camry and test drove it but decided on the Outback. I just want to commend Paul in service for taking great care of me all those years. I actually think I will continue using him for my new vehicle. Liberty has a great group of employees, always friendly and helpful. Last time we were there I think everyone woke up that morning with Toyota fever so we had to wait a while to get help with the test drive. Lisa finally came to the rescue and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I always recommend you guys to friends and acquaintences. Will see you when we need service on my Outback. Keep up the great customer service! Just hung up the phone talking with one of my neighbors and he relayed a bad service experience on his car at LHM, but I assured him it was isolated and that you guys are great and have a really good reputation. You need an auto service center you can trust and I trust all my vehicle to these guys and gals. Their auto center is comfortable and clean with drinks and some snacks that make you feel welcome. The free wi-fi and two giant screen TVs help make the time fly by. The service rep keeps you informed on the progress on you vehicle and thoroughly explains all options for servicing your car. Their yearly maintenance plan is an outstanding value for oil changes and routine maintenance. More
Always satisfied with our service needs! The staff is always attentive to our description of any problem we are having at the time. We left it for two hours, and they were able to discover the problem and it never did return. The service managers are always aware of the minor details in keeping the maintenance schedule up to date which pleases me especially when my wife goes for service without me. More

I purchased the vehicle 100% online (while in another country), and Larry H Miller Toyota delivered to my city it when I arrived in Colorado. Again, everything was done online, including the financing and all paperwork prep. The experience was seamless and comfortable. Joe Walton (sales) and Julio Jaramillo (finance) made it all happen painlessly. The two (equally nice) guys who delivered the vehicle, collected my final signatures and gave a good overview of the Rav4--then I was off. I've previously owned three 4Runners, a Camry, a Highlander, a Lexus LX 470 and a Lexus RX 300--so I had no fears buying a Certified Pre-owned Toyota site unseen. And for those of you who don't enjoy the car sales experience I'd recommend Larry H Miller Toyota; and if you really don't like the sales experience buy a car online from them. More
