We were instantly greeted by Andy Murdock who was extremely friendly and knowledgable. We ended up leaving that day with new information on a Prius. It was about three weeks later that we returned to Andy. In those three weeks, Andy kept in touch by email and phone; never pressuring us to come back but wanted to help us find the Prius we wanted. We gave him our wish list and Andy was able to deliver the car we wanted. During the purchasing stage, Andy made the experience fun, educational and quick. Never once did I feel pressured or really too stressed about buying a car. The whole team at Larry H Miller Toyota were very friendly and helpful.
