Putting a car in the hands of people don't know can be really frustrating. As soon as I pulled into Larry H. Miller I was greeted with friendly smiles from everyone! The main person who helped me was named Preston Stewart he came over to help me and it was really nice to see that he knew exactly what he was doing. He had a friendly Can Do attitude and kept me up to date with what was happening with my car while it was being serviced! HANDS DOWN it was the BEST experience I have had a car service center! I researched the type of car I want for 3 months. I read Consumer Reports, Kelly Blue Book, JD Powers, and Edmunds for the one that would meet my requirements, such as fuel efficient, safe, powerful enough, Consumer Reports, Kelly Blue Book, JD Powers, and Edmunds for the one that would meet my requirements, such as fuel efficient, safe, powerful enough, and very reliable. Color, comfort, and size were not as important. Price was the key to my decision to buy now, instead of 6 months from now, when I expected to replace my Honda Prelude. I considered the Venza, Prius, Accord, Mercedes CLA, Mazda 5, Nissan Altima, and Hyundai Sonata. The consensus of all that I studied was the Camry. I chose the Hybrid because of its technology advancement. I started at Liberty because it is close to my home and told me they honored the USAA Buying Service program. My first visit was to test drive a Camry Hybrid, which Michael Caldwell took me on. I was satisfied that the Camry was a quality car and everything the articles said it was. I worked online with Eric Boersma and negotiated the options that were available for a Camry Hybrid. He was very helpful in explaining the possibilities and found a car at another dealer to meet my request. He was so willing to bring the car to Liberty and avoid the added expense of options I didn't want. A few days after the online work, I visited Eric and worked out the details of the purchase, including every expense as listed in the USAA Buying Service. So, I was very willing to finalize the deal and sign the offer, allowing Eric to bring the car to Liberty. Two days later, the car was available, so we finished the purchase. Overall, I never had such a simple, non-contentious, agreeable new car purchase. I'm glad I went to Liberty. More
I made an appiontment to have some work done to my Tacoma. All services were rendered on as origonally contracted even with the additional work performed. Being self employed, my time is very valuable and I feel Liberty Toyota took care of my needs without wasting my time which I can't say of other dealerships in Colorado Springs. My girlfriend uses Liberty Toyota and has had good dealings as well. Overall I feel my needs were met and I don't feel ripped off I WILL return for morew services. More

When I changed my mind and wanted a different car, he was not mad or annoyed. He said no problem and promptly switched gears and helped us find it. Your Service Center was prompt, courteous, and friendly when I arrived after making my online appointment. The staff, even people walking by as I sat in the waiting room, smiled and spoke. I LIKE that your employees are neither censored nor censured for such a display of respect, and I am pleased that they work in an environment that does not discourage or preclude it. More
