Service Wait Times Aside from the outstanding service I receive from Fred Olsen, I think LHM should determine how to better manage routine service appointments. It seem Aside from the outstanding service I receive from Fred Olsen, I think LHM should determine how to better manage routine service appointments. It seems to me that if you schedule an appointment for routine maintenance at regular mileage intervals, LHM could figure out how to perform the service and have you back on the road inside of an hour. Each time I've taken our vehicles in for their 5, 10, 15K, etc. service appointment it takes between an hour an half and two hours to complete these relatively simple and routine maintenance activites. May I suggest these regular service appointments be handled in an expedited manner by an experienced dedicated team so that customers can expect to spend no more than 45 minutes to an hour waiting at the dealership.
