I initially went in for an oil change without an appointment, knowing I needed to schedule an appointment for some alignment repair which required a few hours worth of work. When I talked to my Ser appointment, knowing I needed to schedule an appointment for some alignment repair which required a few hours worth of work. When I talked to my Service Advisor, I mentioned some other noises I had been hearing. He gave me a time estimate for the oil change and analysis of the noise, which was just about spot on. After they performed my oil change and the noise analysis, we talked about the other noises and the part I needed for my alignment. Then he immediately offered to get me a rental car and just fix it right now. This was a great convenience to me, so I had them fix it while I used the shuttle service they offer which had me home in about 10 min, and it picked me up within about 10 min of my car being ready. My car was fixed with no issues and on time once again. More

During those 16 years, Liberty Toyota, and only Liberty Toyota, took care of the maintenance of this vehicle. I had very few issues with the Toyota product during the 16 years and it proved to be extremely reliable and economical. I wasn't sure if I was quite ready to buy a car yet and my wife is actually the one that convinced me to pull in and test drive a truck or two that I liked. Well, after looking over the lot she told m and my wife is actually the one that convinced me to pull in and test drive a truck or two that I liked. Well, after looking over the lot she told me to go in and just see what kind of numbers they could come up with. I'm really happy that I did. JC was not laying on pressure and he seemed to genuinely care about us as a customer and also was really "into" the products he sells (obviously, he loves Toyota's as much as he should since he's selling them). He had the facts and the social skills and (thankfully) the number I needed to hear. I really got a great deal. The most amazing part is that their computers were down. They were dealing like the "old days"...pen on paper and a handshake. He had to put a lot of faith in me as a buyer that I wasn't blowing smoke about my income and what I could pay for the truck. This was one of those rare instances where the dealer actually had to trust the buyer more than the buyer had to trust the dealer. Well, needless to say, I'm a "hand-shake is my word" kind of guy and so is JC, so it all worked out just as expected. The two "Seans" (Shawn Skalski and Shaun Williams) are also a couple great guys to work with. Just down to earth and easy going. No pressure and easy to talk to. Mr. Skalski got me drooling over ad-ons and Mr. Williams had all the paperwork in order the following Monday when I was able to go back in to sign on the dotted line. Though I purchased my new Toyota Tacoma on the East Coast, Liberty treated me as if I had purchased the vehicle f been nothing short of exceptional. Though I purchased my new Toyota Tacoma on the East Coast, Liberty treated me as if I had purchased the vehicle from them -- with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Since the work on my truck required several hours, the friendly service advisor arranged a loaner vehicle for my use. Moreover, the quality of the work was excellent. Not only did Liberty immediately replace a faulty part that was under warranty, the mechanic power-washed the entire vehicle (body and engine) so the truck looked like it was fresh off the lot when I picked it up. I highly recommend the Liberty team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
