After talking with Ray Hart last October, I had decided to put off buying for awhile. Ray and Todd stayed in touch, never with any pressure, and when I was ready to purchase a new car, they were ready and willing to help. We got everything wrapped up pretty quickly, and easily. Some service was more expensive than I thought it should be but your dealership honored the coupons I printed from the Toyota website. I really appreciated that Noah offered the Oil Change package for $75 and the solutions he offered to balance what I could afford and what needed to be serviced. I agreed to all the recommendations and I am very pleased with the results. Because of the service I received from start to finish and peace of mind that everything has been identified and corrected, I know I will continue to use your dealership when I have my Toyota Tacoma serviced. Once I started contacting people at the dealership, all my interactions were pleasant, professional and there was no haggling. The "no haggle" factor made it worthwhile to drive an extra 2 hrs to make my purchase at this dealership. First new car I've purchased in 25 years and I would start with the dealership the next time I make a purchase, which will probably be a lot sooner than 25 years. More
