Had a problem with the TPMS system on my 2015 4-Runner I wanted to express my sincerest thank you to Paul Reid who once again shows how to give world class service. There are no words to really express how I wanted to express my sincerest thank you to Paul Reid who once again shows how to give world class service. There are no words to really express how someone like Paul treats you, but he is so professional and makes everything work on time. I've known him for over 20 years at Toyota. I brought in my 2015 4-Runner for a problem with the TPMS, that another shop was able to turn off the TPMS light on the dash, but could not tell me WHY the unit was acting faulty. WHY is a big deal to me when it comes to monitoring safety such as with this system. He found the problem, which was a faulty sending unit in the spare tire, tucked up under the 4-Runner and fixed it at no charge. I feel like I wanted to pay them anyway for their professionalism. Thank you Paul and I will be sure to bring it to your dealership again! More
