I was very pleased to find out that the issues with the vehicle stablization warning light was minor and the cost could be covered by the diagnostic check fee. Liberty Toyota could have simply over inflat vehicle stablization warning light was minor and the cost could be covered by the diagnostic check fee. Liberty Toyota could have simply over inflated the problem which could have increased the repair cost. But they did not and it has left a positiove impression on me that I am working with professional and honest team/person. I was impressed with level of friendliness, knowledge and promptness of Mr. Mike Mcgee. Again, his conduct left a positive impression on me and I will not hesitate to bring the vehicle back for any future issues/repairs. I received a cold call from Jarad stated that he could help me out and at 0 percent interest and a lower payment. Turns out we upgraded to a Limited model for the same payment at the 0 percent. She exhibited great patience as we interrupted her to ask random questions regarding the 2013 Highlander. In the process of guiding us through the many decisions we made, she gave us reasonable time to reach concensus between my wife and I if we felt we needed to discuss any aspect of the transaction. Throughout our time with Cindy, she took every opportunity for us to meet several managers and key employees of Liberty Toyota. We were most pleased that throughout our experience at the dealership we were never subjected to any "hot box" sessions with "attack dogs" we've encountered at other dealerships in the past. My wife and I are most impressed with our new car and the dealership that sold it to us. I took my new Prius to the service department for the clear shield (invisible bra) and installation of seat warmers. As an old HR person from way back, I always appreciate excellent customer care and Joey definitely provided it. The only "complaint" I had, and this is much more for your information than giving me a voice to "compain", is that I took the car in sparkling clean, including the windows. When I got it back, it wasn't so clean, especially the windows. Do they use water or a chemicl for the clear shield? I am inquiring because the windows were streaked, even though I had just cleaned them, and there was something blackish in color splattered along the doors and bottom of the car. I understand that the return the car (in the condition it was when dropped off) is not necessarily a part of the service package and I do not intend this as a complaint. I cleaned the car again when I got home. It's more inquisitive so I know what to expect for future trips to the service department. More

When I made the decision to get a 2012 Prius, Liberty Toyota went to work doing everything possible to ensure the sale, even though it was two months ahead of our schedule for a new car purchase. We were not high pressured, which we appreciated because neither Larry nor I like high pressure salesmen. Instead, Liberty provided top quality customer service to help me get the car of my choice. I do want to commend the sales staff, especially Bill Nelson and Tom Spark. Bill is the best overall car salesperson with whom I have personally ever worked. In the end, it was he who brought us back to Liberty Toyota. Tom is still new and in the learning curve, but he was polite, friendly, respectful, and very helpful. He went out of his way to assist our needs and obtain answers to our questions. He was FUN to work with, which made our overall experience more pleasurable. I have a lot of respect for this up and coming young automotive sales person. I also want to commend Alfred Purser whose knowledge of the Prius vehicle is absolutely incredible. He's the one who reviewed the many features of the Prius with us. He did the review with patience and respect, and some humor thrown in for good measure. Never once did I feel massively confused by all the varied features of the Prius. I need to become familiar with the features but that's my "job" as a new Prius owner. Alfred is a great teacher to get "newbies" started on their way! Thank you to everyone who made it possible for me to drive my new car off the lot! More
Our Liberty Toyota new car purchase was the best in the past 30 years. We wanted a high mileage car to reduce our fuel costs. We read multiple reviews at edmunds.com and other websites. We selected the Toy past 30 years. We wanted a high mileage car to reduce our fuel costs. We read multiple reviews at edmunds.com and other websites. We selected the Toyota Prius. Its consumer rating was excellent coupled with an average fuel consumption of 50 plus mpg. We contacted Mr. Thomas Sharp via the internet. W setup a test drive to confirm this was the car for us and the Prius did not falter. Mr. Sharp was outstanding - personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We then obtained quotes from surrounding dealerships and Liberty Toyota’s price was by far the best. We completed our purchase in less than an hour. Tom had already prepared required paperwork without discrepancy. We then signed our retail purchase agreement in less than 10 minutes and our car was detailed and waiting for us. Both, my wife and I are grateful to Liberty Toyota for making our new car purchase such a pleasant experience. We have already decided that next year we will be purchasing a new Camry or Avalon Hybrid and we will be returning to Liberty Toyota. More
