Even though my wife sold cars at Saturn of Chapel Hills for 8 years, she was somewhat apprehensive about buying the car. She had a bad experience the last time we purchased a vehicle and did not want to have her arm twisted into buying something she did not want. She was very pleased with the entire process and will definitely return for our future vehicle needs. More
We regularly service our 1993 Lexus LS 400 at Liberty Toyota - simply put, I will never take my car any place else! When a major component went bad, Fred Olsen gave me the option to purchase a factory o Toyota - simply put, I will never take my car any place else! When a major component went bad, Fred Olsen gave me the option to purchase a factory or after-market part and given the large price difference, I chose the after market part. Unfortunately, the aftermarket part(s) just didn't cut it, and an associated problem arose. Given that, Liberty Toyota - at no charge to me - replaced the part and gave me a rental each time (the aftermarket parts failed more than once, unfortunately.) Ultimately, we both came to the conclusion that the ‘aftermarket’ for this particular part would not solve the problem and they offered to install a factory part, and only charged the difference in price. Liberty surely lost a lot of money on this repair (labor, car rental, etc.) but each and every time they made the decision in terms of what was best for ME, the car owner. We get this kind of service EVERY TIME we go to Liberty Toyota, which is one reason we’re looking exclusively at (Liberty) Toyota for when we purchase our next car. More

I was contacted personally by the Dealer's USAA Representative JC Christiansen, and he took care of my every need. My entire experience was very low key, low pressure, pleasant, and actually really fun! JC answered absolutely all of my questions and when he wasn't certain he utilized his team to get me the answers I needed in a timely and professional manor. At first I was interested in the Toyota Yaris and JC not only showed me the Yaris, but also the Scion XD and the Prius C. I wanted a car with a hatch back and something that would fit in my budget. JC delivered! He NEVER suggested something to me that was useless (like some crazy Sport package or anything) and he kept MY NEEDS in mind over his....absolutely professional and a customer service A+ from me. When it came down to the test-drive I chose to drive the Yaris and the Prius. JC showed me all of the features of both cars and was he extremely knowledgeable about Toyota's features, options, and most importantly - about the CARS I WAS DRIVING! I drove home with a brand new 2013 Prius c 2 and I truly believe I am a converted loyal Toyota customer! I would highly recommend this team of professionals for your next car/truck purchase....especially if you're someone who is conscious of our beautiful planet :) More

I was skeptical about brining my Toyota Sienna in for service, especially when a young lady met me at the service entrance. Once I saw the professionalism of this young lady and that she knew what she t service, especially when a young lady met me at the service entrance. Once I saw the professionalism of this young lady and that she knew what she talking about under the hood, my skepticism was gone. Jessica Stroud was my service rep and I appreciated her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and making sure we were satisfied with the service. I was also impressed by their shuttle service, rental care service, and the free popcorn and cold drinks they offer in the waiting room for me and my family of five! Our three boys keep asking when we can go back for more drinks and popcorn! I highly recommend Liberty Toyota for service! Liberty has definitely figured out how to take care of their customers! More

"Customer Service" and "Quality of work" I'm rating for maintenance since they don't really apply to buying a new car. My experience there (with the car I traded in for the new one) has been that people bend over backwards to please you and do what your car needs, but they are not always successful. I've had to come back on the same issue more than once - though the issues have always been resolved positively. With respect to buying a new car, however, my wife and I could not have been more pleased. Taylor (sorry, forgot his last name) and Justin really went all out to enable us to have the car we wanted at the price we specified. It took a little longer than they expected to get it, but that was not a problem for us. We were pleased that they took us at our word and that their word was also good - not our normal experience with buying a car. We will buy another car from Liberty Toyota, I'm sure, as well as recommending them to our friends (which we've already done). More
