From the time I made contact with Cindy through the USAA web site, the experience was great. Although I had a letter with a price from Todd, she managed to take that trade in price down with her sharp eyes web site, the experience was great. Although not happy with the trade-in price, I worked with Cindy instead of walking away and getting the small defects fixed and returning. Ray Hart is a PHENOMINAL sales consultant! I wanted to downsize from our Toyota Sienna Van to a Toyota Prius V, but was concerned about space. I went to Liberty Toyota with ALL our "stuff" (car seats, st downsize from our Toyota Sienna Van to a Toyota Prius V, but was concerned about space. I went to Liberty Toyota with ALL our "stuff" (car seats, stroller, pediatric walker, etc.) to see if it would fit. Ray was extrememly friendly and very knowledgeable about the Prius series. He brought up a Prius V, and waited patiently while I loaded all our "stuff" into it and checked the fit, then went for a test drive. Not once did her pressure or pester me, which I GREATLY appreciated! He let me do my own thing, at my own pace. I told Ray I wanted to talk it over with my husband, and possibly come back with him. Ray gave me his card and told me to call if I had any questions. Two days later, after doing more reseach on the V and the regular Prius, I called Ray to let him know I wanted to look at the Prius V again, and bring one of my twins to see how she fit in her carseat in the back, and make sure she had enough leg room, and also a regular Prius to see if all our "stuff" fit in that one. Once again, he brought up a V, and waited patiently while I put the carseat, and my daughter in the back. Then he brought up a regular Prius and waited patiently while I loaded our stuff inside. Same as before, he never pressured me into buying the car, or made me feel rushed. He was extremely patient and laid back, and so friendly! He answered all my questions about the differences between the two models. I let him know that the Prius V was the car I wanted, and would see if my husband was available to come back to purchase the car. We made an appointment for later that evening, and returned with the whole family to purchase the car. Ray was great during the whole negotiation process, and answered our million questions. When it came time to do the finance paperwork, Jason Wilenski, Finance Manager was GREAT! He quickly got all our paperwork together, talked through everything, and broke it down so it was easy to understand. From walking in the door to purchase the car, and driving away, Ray and Jason had us out of there in a little over 2 hours! More
I bought my Rav 4 (2008) used Toyota there in 2009 and have had it serviced there ever since and all I can say is they take Customer Service to a level I have seldom experienced before. I've never had to take it back for a "repeat" on any work they have done. They are professional, prompt, know their stuff. Their facilities are first class! Their fresh bagels in the morning and fresh popcorn in the afternoon, with free water and coffee available at all time, just adds to their appeal! They not only bend over backwards to please but do "backflips" to make sure your time is maximized as well as your satisfaction guaranteed. Their shuttle service to/from work and/or home is a feature I can't live with out. Their drivers are the best!! I honestly can't recommend them highly enough! Liz L. More

Along with the vehicle, I purchased a significant number of accessories to be installed and was blown away by the knowledge and professionalism of Jessie Stroud and James Zielonka. Both treated me as if I was the only customer they had ... in today's helper skelter customer service environment, such "world class" customer service is truly refreshing! If an issue arose during the initial accessory purchase/installation process, Jessie and James took ownership of the problem as opposed to delegating the matter to someone else. Simply put, Liberty Toyota rocks! More
I started with the Costo auto program, showing interest in a Toyota Prius V. Costco then brought me into contact with Tom Sharp of Liberty Toyota. Tom clearly explained the Costco program to me and accompanied me on a test drive with a new Toyota Prius V. When I asked to als test-drive a Toyota RAV4 LE Tom immediately got the keys of the RAV4 model that I asked for. But I did not feel pressured into making a purchase right then. I did return a couple days later and negotiated a good price on the RAV4. Tom was extremely helpful in getting me the RAV4 with the desired color that same day. Shauwn Williams of the financial department was very clear and efficient in finalizing the financial part of the purchase. More
