Noah Sanchez always greets me with a smile and a handshake. He is very thorough about reviewing what it is on my car that will be serviced. He also explains what will be done: like when the thermostat was going to be tested and the rotors checked visually and by a test drive. He called me back with great news that the thermostat was functioning at the high end of normal; he also explained that there was still plenty of thickness on the rotors and that they only needed to be machined because they were warped (vivid vibrating found on the test drive. One of the many things about Noah is that he is always looking for ways to save me money, if at all possible, without affecting the quality of service delivered or the excellent repair/maintenance results on my car. The diagnostic charge wasn't necessary on the thermostat, he explained, because no problem was found. The rotors didn't need replacing, which saved even more money. Though, prior to knowing the rotors only needed to be machined, he did quote me the original parts price as well as the after market price for rotors, which was valuable information. The mechanic found a clamp missing on the bellows for my rack and pinion and that the parking brake needed to be adjusted. Noah did an excellent job of explaining those things to me and the benefit and cost associated with doing those things. I completely understood, before I drove my car home, not only the issues I brought in to be serviced, but, the extra things that were found needing service as well. I have never been to a Toyota dealership that took such time, detail and care in helping me understand the work being done to my vehicle. I cannot tell you how valuable that is to me as a customer. I leave not only feeling confident about the work that was done on my car, but, I don't have to "second guess" what I've been told or wonder if everything was so thoroughly inspected. This dealership actually does the 21 point inspection. They don't just say they did and mark the paper and staple it to the invoice. Noah actually even goes through with what was found during the 21 point inspection step by step. That kind of customer service inspires confidence and loyalty, which I have in doing business with this dealership, Noah and whomever the mechanics are doing the job on my car. So, thank you Noah, the great mechanics and Larry H. Miller Toyota dealership. I am a loyal customer because I am treated like a valued customer and for all the reasons mentioned above. More
We had a most delightful experience buying our new Toyota Highlander. Kim Ruggera was the most courteous (along with Michael Caldwell) salesperson (s) we've ever dealt with. We had a wonderful few minutes in her office and, while we didn't purchase any additional accessories, we plan to come back as soon as possible and add the accessories she strongly recommended. I was amazed; to test drive a car, LHM sent someone to pick me up. Unfortunately the first car we test drove had problems from the get go. We went to lunch and he entertained me all afternoon, regaling me with funny and intriguing stories. I never got the feeling that the kindnesses of the sales staff were 'sales ploys.' I really felt genuine kindness from them. Toyota sells it's own product, but Doug Smith was very knowledgable about the product he was selling, explaining everything that was needed, as did Darwin _______. Even though the RAV4 we purchased was not near the budget, payment for it did not have us robbing out savings and I couldn't be happier with my new (USED) car! We rated the Quality of work at ok due to the cleaning, detail people. We are very disappointed in the clean up crew. The dash was cleaned well. But the rest of the inside of the car was as follows: driver seat has blue dye on it (probably from blue jeans), the DVD and plastic parts on ceiling were not cleaned. The carpet was the worst.....french fries, cheetos, pretzels, candy, and red stains were found all in the back. It didn't look like any attempt of cleaning was done except a quick vacuum. So needless to say we were very disappointed. We also found a Nintendo DS game if the owner wants it back. We marked the price good because of the overall condition of cosmetic issues (big dent on side of van, knee size) and a crack or tear in the leather on the driver side seat. We did not really notice this till we brought it home. Yes, we saw small dents, scratches etc, but the larger one seemed larger in the sunlight at home. Plus the interior cleaning, as we mentioned above, was not good. Otherwise, we might have marked the price great. Shaun was very helpful in replacing the "chrome". I was happy, I brought in the email coupon one was for a 30.00-40.00 oil change, or 10% off of service. I must have miss read the oil change coupon because I was told it said no hybrid oil change, but Terra 30.00-40.00 oil change, or 10% off of service.
