I was in the market for a Tundra for some time but was out of the country. I visited the dealership a couple of times prior to my purchase to test drive and ask questions. I was never pressured to purcha out of the country. I visited the dealership a couple of times prior to my purchase to test drive and ask questions. I was never pressured to purchase and was always treated like a customer about to spend 40K expects to be treated. Since 1986 I have owned two 4-Runners and Tacoma and a 2005 Tundra. I had made an appointment to have two recall notices performed on my 2007 RAV4. However, being new to the area I didn't realize there were two Larry H Miller Toyota's. I drove to the facility off of Tej performed on my 2007 RAV4. However, being new to the area I didn't realize there were two Larry H Miller Toyota's. I drove to the facility off of Tejon and arrived at the allotted time. I was told I wasn't in their schedule but could be accommodated. They indicated there was another Larry H Miller Toyota on the North side. I asked how long it would be and was told 2-3 hours. I asked for a ride to Monument but was told they didn't go there. Person I spoke with was accommodating but not overly friendly. I made the decision to drive to the North facility, and, even though I was late for my appointment Noah was most friendly and said 'no problem'. I asked that along with the two recall notices that they reattach the under-hood insulator. After inquiring about a ride home I was told they drive customers all over Colorado Springs and that driving me to Monument was a common occurrence. I only had to wait a little amount of time for my ride home. While service was being performed they called to let me know that the transmission pan was leaking and asked if they could go ahead and repair it. I informed them that I had recently had the transmission serviced at another facility and would take it back there for repairs. I had not known of this issue and would not until maybe some issue arose with the transmission Proactive response on their part. After being notified that my vehicle was ready I arranged for a ride back to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find the there was no charge for reattaching the under-hood insulator. Outstanding service!!! This experience was most pleasurable. Thank you. Rick Jandrt More

I just want to say, I have never had a worse customer service nightmare in my life. My wife bought a 2007 Toyota 4runner from this dealership. After 3 weeks of ownership, the engine light came on. She to service nightmare in my life. My wife bought a 2007 Toyota 4runner from this dealership. After 3 weeks of ownership, the engine light came on. She took it in, and after having it for 4 hours, they told her it was just the gas cap, but they went ahead and took care of the accelerator recall that was on this car. (Why was this not done before the car was sold?) They then said for a $110 diagnostic fee they could tell her what was wrong. She took it to Autozone and got the diagnostic for free, which they said was a throttle position sensor. Liberty told her that that part would be $915, and that would not include labor. They also told her it was not related to the recall, and the warranty on the car was not in effect, and if it was would not cover it. All before she made her first payment. My wife tried to trade the car for something else, and after jerking her around for another month (not returning her calls, telling the bank she wanted a car she didnt, ect.) I called angry. After waiting for a call "right back" for 3 hours, the sales manager told me there was nothing they could do. When we realized Liberty Toyota would not stand behind the car they sold, we took the car to a real Toyota Dealership (Go Toyota) and they said the fix would be covered by the recall, and performed the repair free of charge. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! THEY REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND THE CARS THEY SELL!!!! More
