We needed a 'fully loaded' 2013 RAV4 with silver exterior and black interior. While this was not in the current store inventory on Mon 2/18, Cindy quickly pursued identifying what we wanted in the s exterior and black interior. While this was not in the current store inventory on Mon 2/18, Cindy quickly pursued identifying what we wanted in the supply chain when we returned on Wed 2/20. We closed the deal late 2/20 and took delivery of the RAV4 on Fri 2/22. It is important to give the customer what they truly require and not be steered in another direction. Our salesman, Michael Caldwell was fantastic! His knowledge of all models of cars was amazing. There was a issue when I bought the vehicle and I had to return to the dealership 3 times to resign papers. Subsequently the oil changes were not listed in the computer. On this visit in order to get this a return to the dealership 3 times to resign papers. Subsequently the oil changes were not listed in the computer. On this visit in order to get this accomplished it took several hours for just and oil change and to straighten out your paperwork again. The employees were helpful and did there best to help me. I asked Noah to call me when he found out when this was put in the computer. As of 021813 I have not heard from him and do not know if the oil changes or my service plan is in the computer. The best kind of visit is that which required no effort on my part. We scheduled our appointment over the phone. I appeared at the appointed time. Mr. Haines met me in the service bay, already knew what on my part. We scheduled our appointment over the phone. I appeared at the appointed time. Mr. Haines met me in the service bay, already knew what we needed, and off went our wonderful 4Runner. Later in the day, I received a phone call from Mr. Haines giving me a "heads up" on a single small issue that I will address later, and notice that the truck could be picked up at any time. When I arrived some time later, he remembered who I was, had my billing ready, and my 4Runner was waiting for me, in the service bay, clean as a new penny. Again, no effort on my part and my 4Runner is still running as though it were new. More

Overall the experience was OK. I really enjoyed working with my sales rep Taylor Adams, but did not have a good experience with the store manager Justin Lombardi. After purchasing my vehicle, Taylor shook with my sales rep Taylor Adams, but did not have a good experience with the store manager Justin Lombardi. After purchasing my vehicle, Taylor shook my hand and congratulated me on my purchase, thanked me for my business, and said Justin would be out to congratulate me as well. However instead of Justin, another representative whom I never met or worked with came out instead. As a result I felt a little disrespected as a customer considering the person I made a business deal with (Justin) never shook my hand. I would love to say I would be a repeat costumer, however I didn't feel like the dealership appreciated my business and I felt no connection what so ever with the management team. -Erik Nerdalen More
