I like the dealership for their service. I actually think their service team (especially Paul Reed) is incredible but the sales team is another story. The people who took care of my wife's car were very professional, courteous and friendly. Mr. McGee has always been honest with us and would not advise us anything that is not necessary for our car. professional, courteous and friendly. He did actually call me prior to my visit to inform me when he will be gone and made sure somebody would take care of the problem before he left. I've dealt with a lot of different people in the car industry (eg. service or sales) and have had various experiences with these people (positive and negative), so I can say that I can actually sense if an individual is just trying to make money out of us for senseless repair costs. But Mr. McGee is one of the few honest people I've ever met and dealt with. I really believe he is a man of integrity and is a valuable asset of your company. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle. I've always had two brands Nissan and Toyota. So I looked into the Toyota Tacoma. I love my trucks! Anyway I filled out the black book information on the Larry Mi two brands Nissan and Toyota. So I looked into the Toyota Tacoma. I love my trucks! Anyway I filled out the black book information on the Larry Miller Liberty Toyota page. My information was sent and I was contacted by Mr. Day. He first sent me an email and a follow up phone call. Following day I called back and took my information. I knew my credit score and I had $5000 to put down to alleviate my negative equity. So Mr. day tells me he would call me back and let me know what was going on with financing and how everything was going overall. The day goes by and I call him, leave him a voicemail message, no return call. Waited till after 530 pm and still no call back. So I proceeded to call him back, but this time through the main number, since he doesn't pick up his cell phone. I got a salesman and told me John was standing right next to him. Talked to John and I asked where were at with the qualification of the loan. He says he will check with his manager and get back to me in 20 minutes. I told him I was headed up to the dealership. Finally got to the woodmen and powers exit and he calls back saying the deal would not go through and left it at that. He never gave me options on what other methods we could work with. I could've gone with a used truck with low miles or I also had a co-signer! But it comes to show you that it's all about numbers with this dealership. The reason I didn't go the Colorado Springs Toyota in Motor-city was they treated me and a friend, like we couldn't afford to buy a vehicle. I went back to Woodmen Nissan and because of there hard-work I got into a brand new Fontier Pro4x. Thanks Liberty Toyota for your "AWESOME" customer service!!! What a Joke! More

I have been working with both men by telephone and agreed on a price for a vehicle. I have had four conversations with them around the appointment to pick up the car and the details of the payment. Just before I would pick up the car the called that the vehicle was sold. Their has been no mentioned in our conversations that the would keep the car for sale or they needed a down payment. I have never been treated so distrustfull in my life by a car dealership. Would certainly not recommend anyone to deal with this comapny. Trust and honesty is not aprt of their values. More
