The staff was extremely helpful and professional from the time of first contact via email through driving off the lot. I purchased a used Rav4. I had the worst experience with the finance department. I had a fast talking high pressure pitch and ended up with policies and services that added more than the car was worth. W the finance department. I later found out that this finance person had been let go for his overpowering and misleading sales pitch. However, there was no attempt to help me correct the problems. I think Toyotas are great cars, but I feel that the atmosphere at this dealership puts enormous pressure on all involved. I recently purchased a new car, and this experience was bad enough that I did not even consider another Toyota. More
